God changes us from within with a new attitude of gratitude when we make the choice to switch the channel in our mind. I’ve found that the best cure for ungratefulness is to turn outward to others and stop dwelling on the inward ME. Offering thanksgiving to God all through the day becomes a soothing balm bringing healing restoration to our soul.
